The Metax MP5S high pressure motor pump is particularly reliable for ground consolidation works that require high and continuous pressures.
Special constructive and executive technologies make this units the ideal means to carry out jet grouting injections.
According to the customer’s requirements, the MP5S motor pump can be equipped with engines and gearboxes of different constructors and also with the following optional:
- Booster pumps equipped with electric panel and mounted on skids with wheels
- Datalogger for delivery and pressure recording data
- Cable or radio remote control
Before the pump and chain transmission cases are machined, they undergo a heat treatment on the thermal expansion in order to avoid residual tensions inside the structure.
All elements are accurately checked before being assembled in order to verify correspondence with project specifications. After assembly all motor pumps undergo an accurate test in order to verify the functioning of each element.
